Pot Size: 5 gallon, 2-6'

Mature Size: 4 - 5'

Zones: 4 - 8

Soil: Organically rich, slightly acidic, moist but well-drained soils

Light: Full sun to part shade

Bloom Time: April to May

Native to: Eastern North America

Benefits: Edible fruit, pollinator (esp. Bumblebee) forage.

Tips: Plant in rows using lengths of post and wire to support canes for large plantings. Tie up to a single post for individual plants. This creates easier access for harvest and maintenance, and keeps fruits up off the ground. Remove older, unproductive canes. New growth will usually root and form a new plant wherever it's tips touch the ground, these can be moved or pinned down into any gaps in the row.

Happy Planting!
